this guy already has an interest in LVE so another insider on the board. I thought he was appointed to raise more cash but now I'm thinking this might be a shell company for something else ($3m market cap so the dating business is not exactly worth anything. Hopefully a big cross trade to get the MD out and then onwards and upwards)
