    Potential Potential
    Possibly a due diligence measure on behalf of Investec in pre-feasing/future funding pre-requisite.

    Got @ 3 quarters to prove to Investec investors reasons to go again.

    What other options does Troy have really with concerns of the current managements ability to meet objectives?

    Whom in their right mind/wallet would invest in any company with the recent credentials of Troy @40- 50 mill in debt and no realistic internal foreseeable way to manage it. Which external source?(crickets)...

    Internally @ zero chance of meeting obligations as was most recently displayed with the further dilution and alteration to existing option terms which are of very limited(positive glass) benefit to Troy & relying on external sources being the point(Paperwork pending stating the fee for alteration amounts, new terms of agreement etc)

    Investec are established profiteers of Troy and their share is steadily and consistently growing over-time with the next ratio adjustment less than 4 quarters away, & if I envisage correctly, possibly one other in between.

    Given those two incentives;
    - consistent cash flow,
    - %*share/ratio increase.
    All that is required in order to maintain this trend/position at least in a perceivable professional legal sense is a due diligence process.

    The effect of this process, however out of this world you may be with it or vice versa, is to continuously dilute shareholder value/ratio and is a common orchestration of the corporate character toolkit. It just takes a bit of comparative analysis to identify the presence & recurrence of it. It is there to see.

    Potentially the Individual powerbrokers & financial beneficiaries within Investec in combination with the Individual powerbrokers and financial beneficiaries within Troy management have the ability and experience to combine forces and derive an outcome that is of genuine immediate financial benefit to each and every one of them, what have they to lose - they built this city.

    Investec have their part to play, Troy have theirs.
    The result being guaranteed regular steady income streams month on month, quarter on quarter, year on year plus incentives )
    Due diligence & legalities required along with corporate director indemnity insurance.

    The difference between Investec & Troy;
    Market players on both sides with Investec likely successful managerial professionals and proven track record to boot, providing returns on a consistent basis for their investors in turn guaranteeing future potential investors.
    They prolly have their f### ups to to be fair - probably insured though.

    This is not anywhere near the case with Troy and just to repeat the debt situation combined with the latest & greatest explanation " conversion of resources to reserves " (is why we can't pay our debts), this clearly displays very limited internal funding management potential, subsequent limitation in generating surplus capital resulting in no relative investor confidence.

    This may be evidenced by the no confidence vote in Nov 2017 when the BOD wanted to dilute/issue 50mill additional units and were refused.

    As I see it that option to raise capital was squashed by the big fish votes, susequent negotiations occured and there is those two scenarios as mentioned above that provide Investec with the ability to govern Troy.

    Shareholders/retail investors are but a last resort capital market and the effects of using this option dilutes the wanna-be stakeholders(Investec) existing stakes and deprives them resourcefully of feasible profitability - that is their specialty - finance.

    The new director may specialise in providing the due diligence course.

    Over the Investec barrel Troy lay.
