perhaps some milestones are about to be ticked and he will get performance based shares very shortly and hasn't bothered buying. would also mean if he's buying it's because of insider trading if a pending large announcement is due.
Im still ticked off he didn't buy anything on market post appointment though. I'm 100% with you . just felt like being devils advocate
