Are you serious? Where's the gun? IMO I'm surprised a director joins a company and doesn't at least buy some shares in the company that pays him. You can think the other way of course, but how you come to the conclusion that i am forcing you to think in a certain way is well, a little crazy?
TBH he's probably waiting for the CR which will be just around the corner to buy in at a good discount
