Do you know what the terms are for these incentive schemes?

The links provided in the announcements just lead back to the original 2018 AGM voting form:



On this form, the details of when and why the rights are vested is very vague. It just says that the BOD will set the terms later when they issue the rights. Since then they have issued rights to almost 5% of the company. I haven't seen the actual terms of these issues detailed anywhere yet.
Perhaps I've missed it?


So what base performance levels are these rights being set against? Are they being set against SP and earnings immediately following the loss of that long parade of class actions? Are we certain that they aren't waiting for periods of SP weakness before issuing them?

How much do they need to improve SP and earnings by in order to gain control of 5% of the company every few years?
Do they get the shares following 100% improvement, or is 1% enough?

There's no way that I could say, with the information we have, that the BOD is aligning shareholder interests with the "incentives" of these employee incentive schemes.
