The issue of these performance rights may look like a gimme but they are heavily skewed to future years so he will need to grow the SP to make serious money. If he is not successful he will be gone and not get any of the future issues. He will not be around to take to future issues if the SP is still in the 20’s when they vest. if he is successful then we will benefit. I hope he can get it to $1+. !
I share your frustration. Just trying to look at it positively. The SP will rise once div starts again. I expect a div in Feb plus a special one off div also give the level of cash they have on hand.
