It's just a legal disclosure.
Now that the EGR Chief Financial Officer Mr Rae is a director it's a requirement to notify/update the market of his holdings.
It says he has 150,000 purchased fully ordinary shares.
A very hansom employee share plan worth a few million shares and potentially another 1.75m performance shares if he meets certain objectives.
So Mr Rae is doing very well for himself with plenty of incentive to meet company objectives.
