Totally agree Spekulator, in my opinion OCJ played it very poorly this time last year, and we would have almost certainly received a much improved offer had the first offer been given the treatment it rightfully deserved.
However all water under the bridge now and this announcement should prove a positive for minority shareholders.
My query is now, does OCJ's representation on the Board remove their voting right on matters they have strategic prior knowledge of, in a similar manner to Todd being unable to vote due to their involvement?
If so, them the entire voting dynamic changes completely and gives minority shareholders the true vote on future company directions.
Regardless, OCJ will be tied into a much more structured position going forward and we minority shareholders will be well aware of their voting intentions up front as opposed to our previous unknown as to their voting intentions.
IMO should be a good outcome for minority shareholders having someone else independent to move the Company forward, Time Will Tell.
Totally agree Spekulator, in my opinion OCJ played it very...
