I am with @pe981 on this one. Really not sure whether it is good or bad. It would be interesting to know if this was an approach from OCJ or it was something that came from FMS or even Todd.

I seem to remember a saying along the lines of keeping your friends close but your enemies "closer". Not saying OCJ is the enemy of Todd but they can keep a closer "connection" if they have Amy involved and try to lock OCJ into their view. Whether she gets access to what BBIG/Todd are sitting on is another thing, To me it confirms that Todd are desperate to do this deal !!!!

We really need to know the real reason why and then we need to get good terms (no 5% royalty) and have the future development plan locked and loaded - if it is actually possible for FMS to develop. In any case current minority shareholders need to not be diluted below the outcome/terms of the past deal.
