Is the Director Christopher Hansen or Wilson, they have got the 3X name wrong on the second page. Not sure it's kosher to have the spouse holding the options, if they terminate the CEO do they have to terminate the spouse as well to cancel the options, its a clunky way to issue.

I hope their mine management is a lot better than their issue of executive options/performance rights.
