I just didn't see the depth of successful (U/G) operations / projects experience (from start up) - and that skill is not with the CEO or site operations group either (who have run a largish open cut operation, albeit with geotechnical set backs, quite well). The big risk to GRR IMHO is a poorly executed foray into underground mining. This is essentially a bulk commodity that is sold at a couple of hundred bucks a tonne. With Southdown, proven metallurgical experience with processing magnetite should be front and centre on the skills front given this has challenged many in the WAIO industry to date. Fortunately this is a skill set that is a good fit with GRR. Hopefully it turns out to be a stellar director pick.Watch.
