No permissions required. I searched the entire broadcast page & documentation leading up the the stream and there was no disclaimers whatsoever about copyright.

I'm an owner of the company. I decided to record it. I'm now considering releasing it to the public in VCR format (see what I did there, for matt?).

An astute CEO and/or director would have done there due diligence as to copyright disclaimers. $1k a day could have bought much much better.
