To be fair, the loan was the original PURE Capital loan the Gregg and Gelba acquired. If Gregg & Gelba hadn't acquired this loan, Oliver's would have already be out of business because they were going to default on it. And the terms of the loan under Gregg and Gelba are much better than PURE
