Hardly fair @clarevale, and to be honest, getting a little old.

The snouts fled a long time ago. Between Jason's incompetence, and Greg Madigan blowing the entire IPO on useless C-Suite executives there wasn't much left anyone could work with. Gregg and Gelba thought they could save a company riddled in debt and management incompetence. And to be honest, absolutely nothing has gone their way - Covid 1, Bushfires, Covid 2, Floods. Yeah, a lot of other companies managed to handle the last two years really well, but Oliver's didn't have the cash reserves, market identity, cash-flow, or margins thanks to Jason and Greg.

I think we need to give Gregg and Gelba a little credit - between the loans, line of credit, and shareholder, they have $12M invested in a company worth, at best, $15M of which they only have a 25% stake in. Those numbers are sheer insanity from an investment perspective. I you honestly thinks that Gregg and Gelba are here to strip what little is left of Oliver's, they are going to walk out with a LOT less than they walked in with.
