It needs a break out above 70c for that to be confirmed. The way I see it, it is feasible, but remember it only needs one more negative announcement regarding another regulatory snag and it will get pummeled. The market only has so much patience. It has finally broken above the SMA though which is a positive and the MACD appears OK, but it needs another week to show the interim trend.
