It will give him incentive to move our SH price also his performance options will only come into play if he moves us North.
His options if my maths is correct is (Correct me if iam wrong)
OUR SP was .014 cents the day before he started employment so 25% on top of that is 0.0175 cents is the nominated SP
10000000 options will become legally his if our SP moves to .026 cents (using 10Day VWAP on each)
another 10000000 options will become legally his if our SP moves to .035 cents
then the final 10000000 options will become legally his if our SP moves to .0525 cents
In his favour he does have 2 years to do it

This is subject to SH approval which is a joke as we all know they are as good as done.


BTW I went over to the TVN thread and read through their comments over the last 6 months. i can see why they are so upset NOT only because of PB but most of their board screwed them over. They are not out of the woods yet Good luck to them.
I also believe they forget SRN holds more than Vanadium.
