Yes I sent an email a few months ago re Her vaxx trial sites opening... It took a week or so for a response. Out of interest here it was...

"We are working diligently to open new sites in the US and AUS. We are also finalising sites in a 3rd country. Please continue to check in to the clinicaltrials.gov site for updates on specific sites and countries, https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT05311176?term=Imugene&draw=2&rank=2

The third country has already opened - Taiwan. Looks like the US sites will open at some stage for Hervaxx.
