The real problem is no demand for the shares, despite the very promising science. That is defo a mgmt problem.
And the massive SOI, and being in the asx200 without revenue (no hv deal).
in fact, they don't even hold up to your own measures (hoos was booted from board, they haven't driven up the sp, they haven't delivered the results market wants), and until the very moment they do, they should be under pressure to deliver. That is what they are paid for.
