Zero shares replaces zero shares. Hopefully Roseanne has more faith in the Company than her other Board members and acquires a few shares in the coming months.
It is quite alarming as a shareholder to see the trend in the share price and then realising that the current board holds a grand total of 23,000 shares (all held by the Chairman) between them. Which is essentially sweet nothing.
That the CEO is not invested in the Company's future at all is a big red flag to me. You need material skin in the game to do this properly.
