Indeed it is.
The other important aspect is that the Index is adjusted semi-annually after the close of business on the last trading day of March and September each year. This suggests that if 1AE's market cap > A$40m by March of this year then 1AE will most likely be admitted to the Sprott Index with all the benefits that brings to its shareholders.
