A key difference between PEN and 1AE is that PEN is a member of SPROTTS Uranium Miners ETFs whereas 1AE is not. There are a number of specific criteria that must be met before 1AE can be admitted to this Club. I do not know the specific details but one will be based on Market Capitalism and currently 1AE is too low at A$22m.
Once its MC increases and it becomes a Club member its SP will fly (Like DYL, PDN, PEN, et al). Hence we are currently in the "undiscovered gem" period before the rock is turned over and its true value is displayed for all to see. IMO this will happen sometime this year (So long as the U3O8 price keeps moving in the right direction)
