no sign on bonus free share, maybe that will come in preforming rights issue, or option at very cheap exercise or the one i really not keen on is hey if you stay for 2 3 or 5 years we will give you heaps or free shares, make you a millionaire ontop of your huge salary, (not only NVX, others do it worse)...while the company is years away from any profit or dividend, which seems to be a very rude word to highly paid directors.... BRN is a good example or NFP organisation
how about a few free shares for the owner of the company
