no mate, there was an underperforming board that needed to be removed and changed... that is now happening and HOPEFULLY is a sign of a turnaround. As an act of good faith in the new mob I bought some shares today, not many but some. There are a number of other really important changes that need to happen as well as proper revenue deals before I would feel any desire to commit more than "ashtray change" to HMD.

I had a quick chat with Tim today and said that looking objectively at things... it is either the sign of an impending wipeout or the actual seeds of change being planted. For my money, I would like to see a major (>3000 subscriptions) sized deal hit the market in the very near future. IF the board and some of the executive team change AND there is a relocation of the business to Australia as as to apply for grants etc PLUS a deal greater than 3,000 subscriptions THEN we are back on track.

Still a long way from success but I feel these are good changes.
