Mining is subject to the Mining in the Parks Act of 1978. Mostly it is allowed subject to adhering to the environmental issues. MEG will be going underground and REE is on the critical mineral list, so not only will it be permitted but there are also large government grants. The market will wake up once the first hole is drilled and a CR out of the way.
