That would appear to mean we're probably back to 5 days suspended before needing to prepare a prospectus or asking the ASX for emergency relief before a CR is allowed. So that threshold appears to have been reached already. Can't find anything to indicate if this applies to suspensions at the request of the company or involuntary suspensions though, and MTC has requested this suspension themselves. Well, if intending to raise capital to avoid insolvency before any hypothetical takeover we might get more information in a prospectus soon, they're got to be quite detailed and there are apparently penalties for being misleading by omission on a prospectus so we might get to find out more about the mystery new substantial holder soon.
