And I see that you are enthusiastic about repeating mistakes of the past.
IMO, not a correct point.

Now I see that the vesting criteria are all about SP.
Criteria that most SH would be happy to see achieved (and vesting occur) within 3 months, not 3 years. Indeed they were happy to see these vesting conditions achieved 4 months ago.

While relevant to SH, it seems to me that over/under performance by said NED, will have negligible effect on SP. If I am wrong, please cite a case where this has occurred elsewhere.

IMO, to be an effective directive to the non-executive Director the ‘Performance Rights’ criteria must be expressed in outcomes under his direct influence or control. It is confusing to benefit (or not) by the performance of others.
