Yeah don't get me wrong I think they should also. It was more a question as to whether or not they can or if it is normal or against the norm. The appointment itself is good because this guy has decades of supply chain management experience. I don't really see it as a conflict of interest if he has a holding but a quick google seemed to give me conflicting answers on whether they can.
