The ramp has certainly not been as smooth as some expected processing the old stockpiles. Most of the drop was around their ramp-up guidance and obviously the unforeseen weather event.
IMO you'll see north of $10 if they have a couple of solid quarters and guide back up to the nameplate production in August.
They have some confidence to rebuild though which will need to be shown with good results. They are being valued at around 2.5 million pounds of production if you look at their peers.
