Given the situation and the fact Jamie would be privy to lots of insider information given the situation, I believe it would be inside trading for sure. Imagine if Jamie bought a high volume of shares tomorrow, the HC posters would be negative towards him again, accusing him of insider trading; its a strange world we live in.
