We need to pay him enough so that he doesn’t move to other company, let say he is getting $300k wages and 300k optoon was granted today @$2.5 vesting period 12months and after 6months NCM offered him $600k wages but kcn trading $5.00, guess what? He will reject that offer because his bonus shares worth 750k profit plus we will pay him some cash bonus too.
You need keep your hands up where investing or what management offering to institute or financiers.
Hfguy wasn’t good options for us because he asked for warrants worth 20% of kcn he will pay cheap and convert them shares when the price will be top $$ otherwise his loan 12% interest could be useful.
currently we have only option issued 2.5m @$2 which is more than current market price and the lender paid us $15m usd.
