Ann: Initial drilling results in eastern sector of Parks Reef, page-7

This announcement is totally corrupt by the BOD. Why do they withold information then go into a TH to announce a cap raise when they know full well the information in this Ann would have driven up the share price and delivered lower dilution and potentially more funds. They have a legal obligation to continuously disclose. With my Bush Lawyer's hat on they were obliged to either announce the terms of the cap raise if they have finalised them or disclose the drill results then enter TH. Typical move to look after the 'new shareholder' rather than the existing ones. Bloody rubbish
