If they netted 100m, that would allow either a deposit for a loan or the possibility of starting something small and easy without funding.
I doubt this new land is easy, and the overall area is large, albeit that far from all of it will be productive.

They had a nice thing beginning to grow into something in Africa, fingers crossed they can recreate that in Australia. There are some definite naysayers regarding the ground in Australia and the difficulties associated with it, I do not know enough to be able to comment.
