whether the vote succeeds or not don't we still own Mt Gunson ( Coda ) and whether or not it succeeds we will still have Ansteel as shareholders. Only apparent advantage is we can then go to shareholders to ask for more money. For which we have the privilege of letting us pay them for the honour. So this announcement applies whether it ( demerger ) goes ahead or not.... we may still have a smaller pile of of not the f*%k much with less cash in the kitty !!
