When read together the last two announcements show poor form. the reasons for delay were 1) Changes to protocol/technique suggested by Monash; and 2) KOLs/customers wanting to test the production units.
on 1: Surely Monash has been testing the unit for a while, maybe not the production units but pre production units. Wouldnt or shouldnt they have identified a need to change protocol earlier, unless something in production unit is different or issues occurred. Something just doesnt sit well with me in that.
on 2: i cant help but feel company should have known that KOLs wanted to test production units before committing to order and they should have built that contingency into the timeframes presented in the last announcement. Given that it looks like they want a month or two testing it seems to me that MEM shouldnt have given expectation of first sales in December. Dirty on that as i bought after the last announcement thinking it represented a further 'derisking'.
Fingers cross nothing else goes wrong earlier in the new year.
