the difference with BEZ is that they have made definitive statements in the 21 March announcement.
it wasn't a - we are just having a chat with Quantum type of statement - it was a DEFINITIVE statement with timelines.
if those timelines are not being met even though they are indicative then a statement clarifying where they are at is needed at a minimum.
