Engagement with the ASX and the Canadian regulators will commence almost immediately with respect to ascertaining the requirement for a Shareholders’ meeting to approve the transaction and the provision of an Independent Expert Report.

Once all approvals have been received, execution of Facility documentation will proceed quickly. Given that shareholder and other approvals are required, it is the Company’s expectation that the transaction will be complete in all respects by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2023.

My guess hold up is with ASX and Canadian regulators ... We've had too many short weeks!
