It'll be transformational what $300 million in funding will do and not for just the company. SP will begin its next leg up and hold traction to the 50c mark.

This deal is going through. The real hard work was done by Quantum last year in becoming a substantial holder. The grounds for getting this deal to signing stage was the hard yards. Since then Quantum have recouped there investement on the shares bought with the SP trebbling.

Now they're set up for further rises in SP while creating a base for Gold sales over the next decade with production in the plans...pilot plant news will begin to drop this quarter.

The signing is just ASX paperwork. Besra already have an office being built alongside Quantum in Malaysia.
