    Why does this company insist on engaging in trading halts every time the wind blows a certain direction?

    If you are an inept bunch then you might need a few hours to produce this announcement but surely an announcement of this magnitude would be fine if the info seeped to market slowly before the company confirms it.

    Look forward to the next TH to announce things are still on track according to plans that have been announced at various points.
