An ok Ann but hasn't met the hype of market expectation hence current SP drift, but certainly more drilling required to show commerciality of a prospective deposit. In terms of headline data been the snippet below one needs to understand how these averages are done from these headline grabs. The data is there, but thought I would do this snippet - others can do the other snippets if they want to understand comments below etc etc:

Spent a few minutes and I too get there 6m @ 4.23 g/t, but if you take 20 metres that goes down to 1.39 g/t. It is how the data is worked, but the key is having a look at the grades before and after these intersects to understand what might be happening. Grades above look a little low IMO on this hole, especially when you think about cut off grades etc etc. But given depth of hits, unless get some decent near surface hits, the current hypothesis IMO becomes IMO more like an underground mine but need to hit more targets. If its is to be open cur, need to find more consistent and g/t above that depth.

Obviously the hits are deeper down in the holes drilled by the looks of it, hence why I make a comment around underground mining methid unless they find more near surface resource, assuming they find more ore in the underground sections to facilitate a mining operation. But obviously, there is a lot more drilling to be taken here and things can change with the next drill. Will be interesting what the hypothesis is now by the company based on these drill results, and how they may influence future drilling in the area. Obviously also this is one of other prospects that ADV has btw, so it is an ok start.

    Viability considerations
Posted this elsewhere but relevant here too. For open pit operations anything over 1 gram per tonne is ok, but anything less than 3 grams per tonne for an 'only' underground mine is unlikely to be viable

    From this article:
    https://tsxmedia.com/2019/03/05/dont-get-caught-in-the-high-grade-gold-trap/
"Generally speaking, one gram per tonne works for open-pit mines, but as a rule of thumb underground gold mines require at least 2.5 g/t to be economic."

But the key measure of viability is resource 'per vertical metre' concept, so for those looking at exploration plays choose wisely - https://www.mining.com/2017-gold-deposits-boasting-highest-grade-drill-intersects/

(Not a DEG holder but went through the vertical metre concept in this post some time ago - Post #: 44023489

For those wanting just a simpler basis of calculation in any potential play- this article is a pretty simple explanation of getting to a resource and then to grams - a bit more complicated than that but helps understand the basic concepts of resource estimation, i.e. Resource = Strike length * width * depth * specific gravity * grams per tonne:

The next 6 holes will be interesting as well. Looking at the holes drilled and where the decent grades hit, appears around the same level in the holes, so will be interesting what is returned by the other holes too.

    All IMO
