Ah well craigasx123 don't you get an adrenalin rush every time you read a MXR announcement and see the words "near term" ? I get such a burst that I have to jump up and down and run around the room shouting "gold rush, gold rush" before collapsing back in the chair after banging my head on the wall half a dozen times. Let's look at it this way. Their use of the term "near term" does indicate that they are thinking about the possibility that they might get into a position kind of soon-ish when they might contemplate actually digging up a bit of ground to see if they can actually mine some gold. That is one way to look at it. Another way is that they may want to see what they can identify with their current drilling, especially the cut off section of the Wattle Dam shoot. If they can prove that it is definitely part of the WD system then they might be prepared to have a go at one of their shallow deposits to generate some cash flow before tackling the WD cut off section. I am expecting a positive announcement before the end of this year.
