You guys should check out McGary and Beacon they built and self financed a mill in less than 16 months... they are a serious team that makes things happen.. debentures at the time were a stroke of genius and managed to pay it off in less than a year! So what im saying is if the grade is good there is a solid pathway to mining. Beacon team have huge skin in the game (unlike most mining operations who don't trust there own business).

More danger here of promotion drying up as Beacon team turn the stock into a zombie in hopes of acquiring more and eventually gaining a controlling stake to reap the majority of the wealth extracted -- hopefully for holders it will also line your pockets but mining is an opaque business and WA and ASX is the pirate high seas -- id be hedging physical gold at the least and trust no board particular they are seem to be sharks who will find away to destroy any supernormal profits. In Short a gold mine may be built, gold price might triple.. but you still might be worse off than you were at build stage (see beacon!)
