Its almost a scoping study from an OPEX perspective as they have given costs for mining and processing .
However the one major exception is they never included the expected tonnage to be extracted from the pit including waste and the competency of the pit wall rock for so very hard to work out a strip ratio .

Biggest issue here based on past performance is the credibility of the company and Cuba which affects its ability to acquire investment grade financing
Also unfortunately the tenor and tonnage of the resource is far smaller than some were expecting
