Calculating NPV is not very difficult.Very easily, if you add / 8 to the expected total sales, the NPV is 8.
There may be a professional calculation method, but this is one we can easily do.
I am attaching Brian's response.
What we are working on is to introduce a major mining company to take up a shareholding in the joint venture company that is developing both NS and LD projects which could occur through a direct investment in the JV company, or a sale of some our shares, or both, but it is early days in the current negotiations.
Management is focussed on development of NS and LD and possibly an additional gold mine with drilling of EP and SM having to wait for funds.
It is not possible to estimate the costs for drilling EP as it would be a step by step approach over a number of years.
Diamond drilling plus analysis for say 200m holes is around US$120 per metre
