Yep, very very long odds. 6.5% of a commercial success (50% of 13%).
I am intrigued by the company and watch it a bit but to me, it resembles a smaller version of 88E.
Lots and lots of land & lots of possibilities (maybe).
The whole company has MC of less than $5 million which wouldn't buy you a house in some suburbs of Sydney.
Not for me at this point, but who knows down the track ?
