One would assume that the drop in the AUD should be advantageous to QHL as its sales must be in USD. However, a large majority of its raw material costs must be in USD too. While that big prepayment was handy, it would have been more handy if we got it now when the currency is down more than 10%. I guess they will have a hedging strategy nevertheless.
Going forward, however, a lower AUD must make them more competitive when bidding for new work!
