I am sure you are happy with your post - however the fact they are cautious and smart jars against the fact they purchased both a mill and a motel and told ERM that they would have the mill constructed by early 2022 but apparently didn't have the money to get the mill operational.
The fact that they were planning to process tailings, which would be low cost to get to the mill, which could generate a revenue stream only adds to this confusion in what you are saying.
