According to the Annual Report, need to satisfy the following before re-listing:

- Complete PFS (I guess that means both?)
- Demonstrate secure tenure (latest announcement update they are working through this)
- Funding ($14m end Sep, but that won't go far. A near term cap raise is going to happen)
- Executed Indigenous Land Use Agreement (Proceeding as planned in an earlier update)
- Offtake agreement (Imagine this will be challenging unless it's a non binding MOU?)

After this the company will apply to ASX for a recompliance listing.

IMO we are a while away from relisting.

offtake agreement can be purchased agreement from natural gas supplier. WA plan mix 10 % hydrogen into natural gas. If prl can get mou of hydrogen supply agreement with local natural gas supply like FHe did.
