The only negatives are that a lot of the vein mineralization is extremely skinny in the region of only 0.5 to 1m in true width, although the grades are extraordinarily high small skinny vein deposits are difficult to mine with modern equipment, and resource estimates subject to larger errors, especially when parts of the deposit has been mined out with voids and backfilled stopes of various grades making the mining sequence complex and time-consuming. Underground mining usually has a minimum mining width of 5m and open pit mining has void issues, both also have their own trade-offs with larger more efficient open pit mining being bigger but more waste to move, and in either underground or open-pit scenarios, the larger more modern equipment makes selective mining more difficult to do, and hence more dilution.

At those sort of gold grades they will be able to take quite a bit of dilution, love the stope backfill grade of 89g/T Au. Deposits like these need a lot of drilling down to even a 20m x 20m pattern to get accurate ore resources/reserves.

The upsides are that the Dittmer deposit has never been drilled and its highly likely that high-grade ore zones exist but have not been discovered yet. If they get lucky and jag a bigger zone of extremely high grade stuff not currently known about then share prices can move quickly. The gold grades are very high grade, but the presence of copper and iron sulphides such as chalcopyrite and pyrite have their own issues about gold recoveries. Not being in WA and not being in the middle of nowhere also has its advantages as far as getting workers and contractors to do exploration/development without the crazy inflationary wages pressures that are building up inside WA at the moment.

Looks like an extremely small high grade deposit that is ridiculously under-explored/forgotten about, that's why I am holding.
