I went over the announcement again on the weekend.
I thought that the way that they have worded the 1st page was quite interesting (and deliberate).
They have gone out of their way to emphasise the wholesale changes at Board level and that the new Board has committed the company to commercialisation of it's assets. The dumps represent the 1st step of this program.
Resource definition is the next step.
Previously Torian has stated this objective (via presentations) but it has felt to me more like an aspiration than a priority. This announcement flags a clear intent to focus on the implementation of this strategy alongside continuing exploration efforts.
