Would the original reason for trying to sell the Kitumba project make A1M simply try to sell it again, if they got it back?
Why didn't anyone go ahead with Kitumba, given over twenty-five years of interest in it? Some fatal flaw? Zambian politics? Geological issues?
If there's an active court case, isn't its existence material? Shouldn't its existence be mentioned in reports and presentations?
